First Pat Buchanan, now Ralph Nader?

Nader is trying to be certified on the Florida ballot as the Reform Party candidate. Democratic lawyers say that the Reform Party no longer exists, and there was no convention at which Nader was nominated. Therefore, he cannot be on the ballot.

Looks like Nader will work whatever system he can to be on the ballot, and Democrats will work whatever system they can to keep him off.

Shall we have a contest on the best conspiracy theory involving Karl Rove and Ralph Nader?

Update 9/17/04 9:39:19 PM: Nader won.
